I had the misfortune of dealing w/ Robin, a "manager" who was supposed to return my call on at least 2 occasions which I either waited a few days for or I had to call her again, to arrange to see propty. A mtg. was scheduled for 8 a.m. on 4.17.09 w/ the agreemt. that I 'd call her on her cell ph., on 4.16.09 to confirm the mtg. I did call her on her cell around 10:30 p.m on 4.16.09. On 4.17.09, I arrived at 7:55 & waited 'til 8:12 for Robin. She didn't show. I spoke to a resident to ask if there was a leasing office. When I mentioned Robin's name, he said, "You won't get a hold of her, she never returns calls." I then left as I had to go to work, of that she knew. When I called, she told me she retrieved my vmail from her cell at 9 a.m. this morning & told me by that time it was too late. She was nasty & aloof about the matter. I would not hire this loser to manage a houseplant & will NEVER buy/rent anything through a company under which she is employed...including Roslyn Realty.
