Clarksville TN Tennessee Boat Dealers Sales Service Yellow Pages - Clarksville, TN Boat Dealers Sales Service Online Yellow Pages

There are many historical sites in Clarksville. Two fabulous mansions built in the 1800's are popular destinations for visitors and residents to visit. These historical sites offer some feel for what life was like for the citizens of the town before the Civil War. The first building is The Smith Trahern Mansion. This home was built in 1858 and overlooks the Cumberland River. The design resembles Italian and Greek revival styles. There is a hand carved staircase and a widow's walk runs along the roof. The Second destination in Clarksville is the Emerald Hill Mansion. This home was built in 1820 and was designed to be a farmhouse. The home has been renovated two times. However, there are several original furnishings. Visiting historical homes in Clarksville is a great way to spend an afternoon.

If boat manufacturers would build in incentives for a boat dealer to do a better job and be able to make a profit at it, I think they would do it. That was my single biggest objection when I was involved as a new boat dealer. Faced with fewer boat sales in 2004 than 15 years ago, the boating industry has undertaken the equivalent of a very public 12-step program for manufacturers and retail dealers alike. In the past two years, each has acknowledged weaknesses and vowed to improve. Many boat manufactures offer extra incentives for the boat customer to buy during the boat show. This may be in the way of cash, a rebate, extended warranties or free equipment.
