Mesa was founded in January 1878 by Latter-day Saint pioneers and its population is still roughly one-tenth Mormon. It is home to a large and older LDS temple that puts on a highly crafted Easter Pageant every spring for all to see. In 2006, the population was 455,984 but is expected to reach over 600,000 when the city reaches build-out. Mesa is the third largest Arizona city next to Phoenix and Tucson and 37th largest in the United States. Mesa is a great place to live with events, activities, dining and shopping keep residents and its surrounding communities busy all year long.
Rental agencies are a great place to do research about potential rental areas. Most agencies have detailed stats on all the towns they represent including information on population, people in the area, school systems, shopping and any other information worth noting. Whether you are looking to rent a house or list a house for rent, rental agencies can do all of the work for you. Using a rental agency can also be the easiest and quickest way to get your listing seen. Using the internet can also give you a lot of exposure when it comes to being seen as well.
